PERMANENT PLACEMENT OPTIONS (January 2001)

Loudoun Temporary Services, Inc. can provide excellent office personnel for your permanent staffing requirements. We have three options available to meet your needs.

Option 1: Temp-to-Perm

After your selection process, simply work with the employee as a temporary through our service for 480 hours (300 hours for part time employees) and, at conclusion, there is no fee to you. The person becomes your permanent employee and is placed on your payroll.

An excellent method to fully evaluate a prospective employee and their work while actually performing the job. Eliminates much of the guesswork associated with hiring an employee.

Option 2: Straight Hire

LTS
will pre-screen applicants and forward only those truly qualified based on your job description. Upon your decision, our fee is only 20% of the employee’s annual salary (or a minimum of $3,000 for part time employees). This is far less than a permanent search firm would normally charge. (Additionally, all permanent straight hires come with a 90-day replacement guarantee, if the fee is paid within 30 days of the invoice date.)

A great way to immediately fill a position without placing ads, going through unneeded telephone calls, unwanted interruptions to your office, time-consuming resume review, and excessive interviews.

Option 3: A Combination Temp-to-Perm and Straight Hire

A combination of Option 1 and 2. Enables you to try out a prospective employee and then add them to your permanent staff within any time period that you designate. The conversion fee would then be prorated for the length of time that the person was on our payroll. For example, keep the person on LTS’s payroll for 240 hours (150 hours for part time employees) and then convert them to your permanent staff. The conversion fee would then be reduced to 50% of our normal customary fee.

Allows great flexibility in your decision-making so that you can fully evaluate a prospective employee but convert them to your staff after you are comfortable that they are the right person for you.
