As an LTS team member you will meet new people, work in many office environments, and have the opportunity to improve
your skills and learn new ones. Your counselor will discuss the details of permanent and temporary positions with you
including hours, location, job description, and salaries. You decide which positions to pursue.

We offer our employees the following benefits:
- Bonuses - You will receive a $320 bonus (pre-tax) for every 1500 hours you work on our payroll within a 12 month period.
- Holiday Pay - After completing 1500 hours on our payroll, you will receive holiday pay at your current pay rate
if you work the day before and the day after the holiday. Applicable holidays are Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
- Referral Bonus - You will receive $40 for each person you refer to LTS after that person completes 80 hours of employment. The
applicant must indicate who referred them at the time of their registration.
NOTE: Employee must be consistently and actively employed by Loudoun Temporary Services to qualify for benefits.
