All fees are negotiated with our clients. There is never a fee to the job seeker.

Once accepted, LTS becomes your employer. As your employer, you are paid by LTS. We take care of all taxes and insurance deductions and you are sent a W-2 at the end of the year.

Our clients contact us with jobs that they have available. Often times these positions are not advertised, saving them the time involved in screening calls, going through resumes and unnecessary interviews. We do all the "up front" work and present them with only qualified candidates.

We have a variety of administrative positions available, from entry level to executive level. We service both large and small local businesses. At this time we do not place candidates in retail, food service or the construction industries.
